You can make reservations for some campsites and unique accommodations by calling, faxing or e-mailing Washington State Parks' reservations provider: Reservations Northwest. A reservation fee of $7 is charged, per reservation, in addition to the campsite fee. For details on the existing reservations process, please read on.

Why Make a Reservation
If you're planning to camp during the busy summer months, you can reserve a campsite, yurt, cabin or group facility at nearly 50 Washington state parks. While drop-in campers are always welcome as long as space is available, reservations offer peace of mind in traveling to distant parks or camping in popular parks.

The table at the end of this page provides a comprehensive listing of Washington State Parks' individual and group campsites as well as day-use facilities. The table indicates whether the campsites and/or facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis or if they can be reserved through either the park or Reservations Northwest.

The remaining information below relates to reservations made specifically through Reservations Northwest (RNW).

Reservations through RNW
By Telephone
Call Reservations Northwest toll-free at 1-888-CAMPOUT (888-226-7688) or (800) 858-9659 (Telephone Device for the Deaf) to reserve campsites and group facilities at dozens of Washington state parks. Phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. with extended hours in the summer months. Monday and Tuesday mornings are the busiest call-times. During the spring and summer it is best to call later in the day and later in the week. Plan ahead as far as possible to avoid the rush - phoning on Wednesday or later in the week for the following week or weekend is advisable for last-minute planners.

Reservations are available May 15th through September 15th
